As December approaches, many people have started writing their Christmas lists or adding items to their online carts. Despite the suggestions made by people you’re shopping for, Christmas shopping is difficult, expensive, and prestigious for some. With that being said, continue reading so you can get some tips on what to get for who you are shopping for with Kelsy Esmoil and Carter Mohagen.
What to get for Mom!
Shopping for mom may not be easy, but it doesn’t have to be so complex that it makes you stressed out. From someone who has gotten their mom her gifts just to find out she DID NOT like what she got, it’s a pain to go back and return each item.
But let’s prevent that this year! One thing about moms is that they can be very unpredictable. They may love something one day just to say, “It’s not my style anymore.” So, what I like to do is pay very close attention to what she keeps and what she throws away. I categorize it into different genres, like cooking items, decor, clothing, etc. It gives me a good idea of what she won’t and will enjoy.
What to get for Dad!
As someone who feels confident in shopping for people, I personally struggle when it comes to shopping for my dad, “I’ll love whatever you get me” just doesn’t give me many ideas. That sentence alone had me sent down a rabbit hole of TikToks in my search bar “What to get your dad for Christmas.”
What to get for your friends!
When it comes to shopping for your friend or significant other, it’s a bit easier when it comes to picking out gifts because you tend to be around them more then anyone else.

What to get for your Siblings!
Siblings, they’re odd, difficult, and very hard to read. At least mine anyway. So when it comes Christmas time, many people are put into a flurry of what to get them, but it really isn’t that hard.
One huge tip I recommend is to talk to your parents about what they’re getting them and get something close but not the exact item they’re buying them. I’ve done this before, and it has made my shopping so much smoother. But if that doesn’t work…
Siblings never have to be hard; even if you don’t communicate much with them, it’s easy to find out what they like.
We hope that our gift guide was an easy fix for your indecision throughout your Christmas shopping this holiday. Despite the materialistic items that you’re concerned about buying for loved ones, we hope you stay focused on what’s important and spend time with your family.
