No-Bake Cookies (10-15 minutes)
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ stick of butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons vanilla, ½ cup milk, 2 cups rolled oats
Directions:
Put the sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Once it gets to a rolling boil, set a one-minute timer. Once the timer goes off, immediately take the pan off the heat and add the peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal. Quickly scoop it up on wax paper and let them cool before eating.
Cinnamon Crumb Dessert Pizza (35-50 minutes)
Homemade Dough (or replace with a premade pizza dough mix from the store for a simpler recipe):
1 teaspoon instant yeast, 1 ½ tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons hot water, ⅓ cup warm milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil, About 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (just until dough is properly formed)
Cinnamon Crumb Topping:
1 cup flour, ⅓ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup softened butter
Icing:
¾ cup powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon milk
Directions:
For homemade dough, combine yeast, sugar, hot water, and warm milk in a mixing bowl and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Add salt and oil and stir again. Then, stir in one cup of the flour and mix well, and then continue to add flour until a soft dough is made. Cover and let rest for about 15 minutes.
For either dough choice, roll and press out into a 12-inch circle on a lightly greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Normally, I also melt some butter, sugar, and/or cinnamon to brush over the dough.
For the crumb mixture, combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix together. Then sprinkle the crumble over the dough evenly.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (or for the recommended temp and time on your pizza dough package) or until the crust is light brown.
Finally, whisk together the icing ingredients and drizzle it over the entire pizza.
Hershey Kiss Pretzels (20 minutes)

Pretzel Circles, Hershey Kisses, and M&M Candies
Directions:
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place pretzels in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
-
Unwrap the kisses and place one on each pretzel. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. The chocolate should be soft but not melted.
-
Press one M&M onto the top of each kiss.
-
Allow to cool until the chocolate is completely set.
Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies (45 minutes)
Ingredients:
½ c softened unsalted butter, ½ c sugar, ⅓ c brown sugar, 1 ½ tsp vanilla, 1 egg, 1 ½ c flour, ½ tsp sea salt, ½ tsp baking soda, ¾ c white chocolate chips, ¾ c dark or regular chocolate chips, and 5 candy canes, crushed into fine pieces.
Directions:
- Using a hand or standing mixer, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until nice and creamy. (Mix for at least 3-4 minutes—don’t skip this part!*) Add vanilla and egg and beat until incorporated. You don’t want to overdo this part, or the cookies will be stiff. Beat just enough until the egg is mixed in (about 20 seconds).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sea salt, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and candy canes.
- Chill the dough for about 30-60 minutes, seal tightly, and chill for up to 3 days before baking. (Allow to sit out 10-15 minutes before you bake them if you chill longer than about 2 hours.)
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough into balls or use a cookie scoop and line on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies look slightly golden. When cookies come out of the oven, you can “pull them together” by putting a circle cookie cutter or biscuit cutter around each cookie and gently scoot them to form nice round cookies. Do not overbake your cookies–pull them out just before you think they are done.
- Allow to cool for several minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
