Jackson Ellsworth sets out to be YouTube’s next big thing!

Jackson Ellsworth is a very ambitious Sophomore at Muscatine High School. With a burning passion for creating humorous content, Jackson sets out to be the next big YouTuber. He has been making videos for awhile, but his channel has been getting lots of attention recently.

“I started making videos a long time ago, but I just began taking it more seriously over the summer. At first I would just film myself doing flips, and then it slowly evolved to just filming everything I do,” said Jackson.

This type of content, best described as “vlogs”, has been a very popular form of content ever since YouTube was founded back in 2005. Jackson shared that the YouTubers who inspire him most are vloggers as well.

“I’m inspired most by creators like Danny Duncan, Baylen Levine, and Ross Creations,” said Jackson.

Another common type of content seen throughout Jackson’s YouTube channel is pranks. Both types of creation styles are displayed in Jackson’s favorite video of his own, his most recent post.

“My favorite of my own videos is probably my new one that I filmed at the holiday stroll,” said Jackson.

While this content works for Jackson, it’s not for everyone. Just like any YouTuber, Jackson deals with haters, and their negative comments.

“I usually just ignore hate because I know one day they’ll regret it. It never really gets to me,” said Jackson.

Jackson focuses on the audience that supports him. He makes merch for his fans, and this doesn’t only help him to interact with his audience, but it also helps him make some money

Jackson displays multiple of his slogans throughout the items on his merch website.

If you’re aspiring to become a YouTuber like Jackson, he says to go for it.

“Just do it. Start now. So many people say they want to, but they never do,” said Jackson.

Jackson best described his audience as teens and people his age, or anyone who wants to have a good laugh.

Jackson plans to continue making videos and making people laugh. Check out his channel on YouTube!
